All cancellations must be intimated by email; the policy is effective from the date of receipt. A minimum cancellation charge of ₹1,000 applies, plus retention charges as per the respective hotel / houseboat / vehicle policy. Refunds are processed within two weeks.

If you must leave early due to unforeseen incidents, we withdraw onward bookings; any refund depends solely on what can be recovered from unused services. We do not hold responsibility for that refund but will assist in the best possible way.
The booking advance is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
